Roger Mostyn (1559/60-1642) of Mostyn Hall, Flintshire (Clwyd), married Mary, daughter of Sir John Wynn of Gwydir. A prominent figure in North Wales, he was knighted in 1608 and served as Sheriff for Anglesey 1589-90, for Flintshire 1608-9, 1626-7 and as MP for Flintshire 1621-2. The picture is based on a full length portrait of the sitter, dated 1634, at Mostyn Hall.

Please Do you have any information on Sir Edward Mostyn, 7th baronet. 1785-1841
Where is he buried, and where did he own quarries and properties in Warwickshire.
