This object is from a series of Chinese figure groups modelled at Meissen by Kändler, Reinicke and Meyer from 1750. They were taken from the engravings of 'Les Délices de L' Enfance' by Jean-Joseph Balechou and Francois-Antoine Aveline, after Francois Boucher.

That's a wonderful Meyer figure group you've got. I just wanted to point out, though, that Meyer did not die in 1761 - that's merely when he left Meissen for Berlin, in the middle of the Seven Years' War.
