The sketchbooks on display here are part of a bigger project ‘Drawn Together’ which has encouraged people all over Wales to pick up a pencil and draw what they can see.

Drawn Together is a project which invites people in Wales to look at their surroundings, and draw them.

From Anglesey to Monmouthshire and Flintshire to Pembrokeshire people have been recording their vision of Wales onto paper and uploading the images onto the Drawn Together website.

These drawings will be on display in the Museum during October 2018. There will be an opportunity for you to take part in the project by taking one of the sketching leaflets and to sketch artworks, artefacts or anything else in the Museum.

Have a go yourself!

The 'Drawn Together' team will also be providing these fantastic workshops within the Museum to help and inspire your own drawing!
