To mark the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci’s death we will be displaying twelve of his greatest drawings as part of #Leonardo500 – a national celebration of this extraordinary artist.

We will be running an exclusive 3 sessions of life drawing in the gallery where you can practise your own skills and gain inspiration from the masterpieces that surround you – including Leonardo’s work ‘A standing male nude’.

The sessions will be facilitated by artist Gareth Coles, Director of Voluntary Arts Wales. He has a degree in Fine Art and an MA in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London.

The course will be facilitated bilingually.

 

This special opportunity to draw surrounded by Leonardo’s works costs £75 for all 3 sessions and includes the cost of entrance to the exhibition.

Please note: Please bring your own drawing materials. Only pens and pastels are allowed in the Gallery.
