Artist Clare Woods talks to Nick Thornton, Head of Fine and Contemporary Art, about a new body work produced for the exhibition A Tree A Rock A Cloud.

The exhibition began in Oriel Davies, Newtown, Powys, in partnership with independent curator Mandy Fowler, supported by the Arts Council of Wales, and then toured to venues across Wales. Much of the work was made in response to the permanent collections of Amgueddfa Cymru-National Museum Wales. The event includes the book signing of the artist’s major new monograph Strange Meetings (published by Art/Books, foreword by Andrew Marr with texts by Michael Bracewell, Rebecca Daniels, Jennifer Higgie and Simon Martin).
