Shape the future of art in Wales

The Contemporary Art Project is an exciting new national project that will change the way the people of Wales, and beyond, engage with our art collection.

We want to find new, innovative ways to share the visual art collection more widely with the people of Wales.

We realise that we need to make the collection more accessible, giving people the chance to browse, research and be inspired by the tens of thousands of artworks in our care.

To do this, we need your help!

Working with Welsh Government and Arts Council of Wales, we’ll be creating a new website for contemporary art in Wales, not only platforming those artworks within the collection, but giving a voice to artists and communities across Wales.

We would like you to complete the following survey so we can get a better understanding of what people want from an art collection and who they are. Please see our privacy statement

By taking part in our survey, you can also be entered into a Prize Draw for Museum Memberships! Click here for Terms and Conditions

There will also be future opportunities to get involved in this project, so if you want to talk more about your personal relationship with art or would like to be involved in the testing of the website, please leave your details when asked by the survey.
