Plate, earthenware, circular shape with inset base, curving sides and spreading rim, the rim waved, basketwork border surmounted by a band of perforations to the rim; painted in red, pink, blue, green and brown with to the centre of the well a spray of stylized flowers and foliage, the basketwork border painted iron-red, brown bands around the bottom of the well, the edge of the well, the top of the basketwork border and outlining the perforations.
