Satirical cartoon showing simple looking man, 'scold' type woman (in yellow bedgown, petticoat, apron etc. and pink wide-brimmed hat over cap), with hustice character seated at t able, wearing wig, embriodered long waistcoat and knee breaches etc., saying 'Look you coot woman, all you say may be feruary true - but hur makes it a rule never to hear put one side of the question: - for if hur hears poth, it pothers hur poor prains, insuch a manner hur does not knnow what hur is apout. '
