In 1951 I was horribly scalded at 28 High St., Chepstow.
Dr O'Reilly, our GP took me in his own car to St Lawrences, where I was in an oxygen tent with a drip up within half an hour.
This undoubtedly saved the life of this 9 yr old.
I am most grateful to the staff for their care. I am now 78 and the scars have almost gone.
