Small card given at a public meeting held in City Hall, Cardiff on July 5th 1918 to commemorate the enfranchisement of women. Front shows an image originally published in Punch magazine depicting a woman standing with a banner inscribed 'Woman's Franchise'. Below the image are the words AT LAST!. The reverse lists the names of the guest speakers, including the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Mrs Henry Fawcett, Mrs Oliver Strachey & Mrs Coombe-Tennant.
