Commissioner’s Team to visit National Wool Museum

Members of the Older People's Commissioner for Wales’s team will be visiting the National Wool Museum in March to hear from older people in the local area.

Anyone can drop in for a discussion, to share their views and to hear about the role of the Commissioner and how they could contact her if they need support.

The visit forms part of the Commissioner’s Engagement Roadshow, which met with over 4,000 older people at 160 events across Wales last year.

Engagement Lead for the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales, Kate Hughes said: “I’m really looking forward to visiting the National Wool Museum and hearing directly from older people about the issues that affect them”.

Members of the Older People's Commissioner for Wales’s team will be at the Museum in Dre-fach Felindre from 11am on Wednesday 14 March.

If you would like the Commissioner, or a member of her team, to visit any group or organisation you are involved in to discuss her role and remit and any issues that matter to you, please contact post@olderpeoplewales.com or call 029 2044 5030.
