Taid isn’t here any more – but, up in the attic cupboards, his stories are ready to be discovered….

Puppets, actors, tricks, magic and shadows... a new Seasonal show by the ' Black Star and Monkey ' puppet Company and a spooky Winter’s tale to send a quiver and a shiver down your spine exploring the traditions of the Celtic Festival of the Dead – told with the help of Welsh ‘bwci-bo’ characters the Black Sow, the White Lady and Jack the Lantern.

A shadow skeleton workshop follows the show.

Come in Halloween costume!

Suitable for ages 4+ at parent's discretion.

PLEASE NOTE this a Welsh language performance that can be enjoyed by non-Welsh speakers due to the visual narrative of the puppet show.

Suitability: Suitable for ages 4 and over at parent’s discretion. All children under 15 years must be accompanied to the performance by an adult.

Meeting point: The puppet show is located in one of the museum rooms. Location will be advised on arrival in the museum shop.  Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the performance start

What to bring and wear: Wrap up well as it can be cold in the museum. Bring a small torch if possible. Don't forget your Halloween costume if you want to dress up!

Access: The museum is located in Padarn Country Park.  Parking is £4. Disabled parking are available.
