Event: Craft Open Day
St Fagans National Museum of History is undergoing an exciting transformation - and this is your chance to be involved!
This event is aimed specifically at practicing crafts people - all levels of expertise are welcome - a passion for 'making by hand' is the only requirement.
The morning session includes presentations from Museum staff and a representative of the Heritage Crafts Association. Plans for the future workshop and craft gallery will be on display. There will be plenty of opportunity to give feedback and share ideas.
The afternoon session offers the chance to see our exhibiting craftspeople at work and to delve into the collections on a behind-the-scenes tour.
