Call into Llwyn yr Eos farm to see our flock getting their annual haircut and learn about the journey from fleece to fibre

It’s a chance to meet the sheep, see some expert spinning in action and have a go at some simple family friendly activities in the Atrium.

Don’t forget to pop over to Esgair Moel Woollen Mill to meet our resident weaver. (Building 51) There’ll also be a special chance to meet one of our curators with some objects from the agricultural collections.

Contact with livestock can pose a health risk to pregnant women. If you are pregnant, or suspect you might be, please read the following NHS guidelines before coming to meet our sheep.
