Join “Dance Without Barriers” and the Wave Radio for a day of intergenerational dancing.

10.00 till 10.30: Registration and a live performance from the Dancerama Performing Arts School.

10.30 till 11.30 “Inclusive Dance”: A class suitable for the whole family that provides a range of physical and emotional health benefits.

12.00 till 1.00 “Dance for Parkinson's”: Explore a variety of themes, dance styles and music to address Parkinson’s symptoms whilst improving wellbeing. Open to all.

1.30 till 2.30 “Ballet Èternel”: An accessible mature ballet class that assists mobility, posture, coordination, strength and stamina. Open to all.

This event is in association with The Wave’s #DontDanceAlone campaign, which is committed to tackling the ever growing problem of loneliness.
