Thibault was crowned winner of Bake Off The Professionals 2020. His Cardiff business has a passion for producing plant-based patisserie, and we're excited to share this with you.
Recipe: Tarte Tatin
As a participant on this course you will:

Join a small, friendly group for a live bake-along lasting 1½ - 2 hours

Learn the techniques needed to bake a perfect plant-based Tarte Tatin.

All in the comfort of your own kitchen.
This bake-along is suitable for complete beginners, as well as those with some experience of patisserie.
This course will be delivered in English.

Format: Digital (via Zoom). Participants will receive a link to join the online bake-along closer to the event date.
Language: All written materials supplied for this event will be bilingual (Welsh & English). The live elements will be provided in English.
