 Join chef, author and television personality Nerys Howell in a live cook-along. Nerys loves to celebrate local, sustainable Welsh produce and wants to help us all to eat more seasonally. 

Recipe: 3 course meal
- Perl Las and pear salad
- Pork with hazelnut crust and spicy berry sauce
- Plum, almond and ginger cake

TICKETS

As a participant on this course you will:

  • Join a small, friendly group for a live cook-along 1.5 - 2 hours

  • Cook a seasonal supper dish from Nerys’ latest book – Welsh Food by Season

  • Be cooking in the comfort your own kitchen with step-by-step guidance from Nerys.  

This cook-along is suitable for those with some confidence in the kitchen - but there’ll be plenty of instruction to help you along the way.

This course will be delivered in Welsh.

Suitability: 16+  

Format:  Digital (via Zoom). Participants will receive a link to join the online cook-along closer to the event date.

Language:  All written materials supplied for this event will be bilingual (Welsh & English). The live elements will be provided in Welsh.

Tickets: All tickets for this event must be purchased in advance. Limited number of tickets available.

Please note: Ticket price excludes materials / equipment required. An ingredients list will be provided to all participants prior to the event.
