Crwst began with hard working entrepreneurs, Osian and Catrin, when they moved back to West Wales to create a unique and relaxed food experience accessible to all. 

Crwst is about real bread made by hand every day, using organic flour and traditional methods. Join Osian, a trained chef that discovered his love for cooking at a young age, for a traditional bread baking masterclass so you can enjoy the luxury of freshly baked bread in your own home. 

Recipes: 2 loaves
- Focaccia with Olives and Rosemary
- Sweet Brioche


As a participant on this course you will: 

  • Join a small, friendly group for a live bake-along lasting 2 hours, split into two sessions to allow time to prove during the break (10-11am & 1-2pm)

  • Learn the techniques needed to bake a perfect loaf of focaccia and a sweet brioche 

  • All in the comfort of your own kitchen.   

This bake-along is suitable for complete beginners, as well as those with some experience of bakery.  

This is a Welsh language event.


Important Information

Dietary: These recipes include dairy, eggs and gluten

Suitability: 16+   

Format:  Digital (via Zoom). Participants will receive a link to join the online cook-along closer to the event date.

Language:  All written materials supplied for this event will be bilingual (Welsh & English). The live elements will be provided in Welsh.     

Tickets: All tickets for this event must be purchased in advance. Limited number of tickets available.

Please note: Ticket price excludes materials/equipment required. An ingredients list will be provided to all participants prior to the event.
