Join patisserie chef & owner of Pâtisserie Verte, Thibault Courtoisier, for a fun, relaxing live bake-along.

Thibault was crowned winner of Bake Off The Professionals 2020. His Cardiff business has a passion for producing plant-based patisserie, and we're excited to share this with you.

Recipe: Tarte Tatin

TICKETS

As a participant on this course you will:

  • Join a small, friendly group for a live bake-along lasting 1½ - 2 hours

  • Learn the techniques needed to bake a perfect plant-based Tarte Tatin

  • All in the comfort of your own kitchen.

This bake-along is suitable for complete beginners, as well as those with some experience of patisserie.  

This course will be delivered in English.

Format:  Digital (via Zoom). Participants will receive a link to join the online bake-along closer to the event date.

Language:  All written materials supplied for this event will be bilingual (Welsh & English). The live elements will be provided in English.

Tickets: All tickets for this event must be purchased in advance. Limited number of tickets available.
