Event Description:

Join our panel of Welsh food businesses to celebrate our thriving, vibrant and diverse food industry.

REGISTER

We’ll discuss how different foods and cultures have come together to revolutionise what we eat here in Wales. 

We'll also hear how some of our regular street food traders have put a Welsh twist on a traditional dishes from across the world; often taking influence from their family heritage, childhood food memories or recipes discovered during their travels to introduce new tastes and flavours to our tables.

This talk will be delivered in English.
