Bwyd Cymru yn ei Dymor / Welsh Food by Season (Y Lolfa) is full of both traditional and modern recipes that have been created by Nerys Howell. The book is a celebration of local, sustainable Welsh produce and aims to encourage people to eat seasonally.
 
Come to the Museum Shop to meet the author and buy a personalised copy to take home.

Opening Hours

Our opening hours are changing for the winter season.

From 4 November until 28 February 2025, we will be open 10am-4pm every day.

Opening hours will be different for our Christmas events – see the event pages on our website for details.

Parking

If you are driving to St Fagans, you will have to pay for parking. The cost is £7 per day and can be paid by cash or card. FREE for disabled badge holders and motorbikes. £30 yearly ticket in advance. This charge is for parking only – entry to the Museum remains free.

Eat, drink, shop

  • Our cafes and restaurant will be open during your visit. 
  • The Museum shop will be open during your visit.
  • You are welcome to bring a picnic to the Museum.
