The Recipe
You will need
- rice
- salt
- water
- currants (optional)
Method
Wash the rice and put it in a linen bag. Sprinkle with salt and add currants. Secure the bag tightly and keep it immersed in boiling water for two hours.
Serve with sugar and cold milk.
