The Recipe
You will need
- approximately one pint skim-milk
- one tablespoonful oatmeal
- a little cold water
- a pinch of salt
Method
- Pour the skim-milk into a saucepan and bring it to the boil.
- Blend the oatmeal with cold water and pour it into the milk when boiling.
- Add a little salt, stir and bring it back to the boil.
