The Recipe
You will need
- one handful dandelion leaves
- one handful nettle leaves
- one handful ground ivy
- one stick rhubarb
- one and a half pounds sugar
- half an ounce yeast
Method
- Cover the leaves and rhubarb with water and boil for ten minutes.
- Strain and add the sugar to the liquid.
- Allow to cool, then add the yeast and leave to ferment overnight.
- Strain again, pour into bottles and cork securely.
