Glitter Cymru

The collection is also working to preserve contemporary Welsh Queer history, a recent example being a placard used in the 2020 BLM Protests by members of Glitter Cymru.

Glitter Cymru is a support group for LGBTQ+ people of colour. Glitter’s founder, Vish, has an entry on our blog giving insight into the organisation’s work which has been commemorated by the museum in our collection with the organisation’s banner.
