Street food, sweet treats and stalls at St Fagans as the annual Amgueddfa Cymru food festival returns
Date:
2023-06-12A firm favourite in Wales foodie calendar, the Amgueddfa Cymru Food Festival is set to return to St Fagans National Museum of History on 9 and 10 September with an exciting line-up of the finest food stalls, live music and lots of fun for all ages.
The museum will come alive with over 80 food, drink and craft stalls nestled among the historic buildings.
There’ll be live music across two stages featuring a host of Welsh talent curated by BBC Horizons, Tafwyl, New Heights, and Amgueddfa Cymru Producers.
From making butter to discovering what shopping was like in the 1920s, visitors can enjoy taking a step back in time at some of the museum’s most iconic buildings thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery. Family friendly activities, from cookery demos in the historic houses to circus skills, will be held in different locations across the museum – plenty to keep the little ones entertained.
From traditional Welsh fare to delicious street food, here are a few of the stalls that will be offering their tasty treats:
Austringer Cider, Babita's Spice Deli, Bao Selecta, Gin Tin Bar, Green Beans, Hello Good Pie, Ice Green, Minto's Patisserie, Mr Croquewich, Quantum Coffee Roasters, Rickshaw Rodeo, The Pudding Wagon, The Real Ting, Welsh Gluten Free Bakery Products, plus lots more.
