Trader Sustainability Awards

Llongyfarchiadau to Conscious Coffee (The Safe Foundation) and The Welsh Saucery; winners of our Trader Sustainability Awards in the Street Food & Food Market categories respectively.

Conscious Coffee have worked hard to reduce their waste with returnable coffee boxes and by making their own coffee cup holders from recycled materials. They also use solar panels to power the lights of their coffee van.

The Welsh Saucery are a BCorp company who have done lots of work to reduce the environmental impact of their business including reducing waste, reusing jars and bottles, planting trees and using 100% local produce in their products.

Congratulations also to Pettigrew Bakeries, Bao Selecta, Tetrim Teas, Dragon Wales and Drop Bear Beer Co. who were highly commended for their sustainability initiatives.
