All tickets are sold subject to these conditions. Please read these conditions carefully prior to making an order. By purchasing tickets, you are entering in to an agreement with Amgueddfa Cymru on these terms.
Please check tickets carefully as errors cannot always be corrected and refunds will not be made other than in accordance with these Conditions.

Underground Tours at Big Pit National Coal Museum
You must arrive at the Museum entrance/shop a minimum of 15 minutes before your booked slot for the underground tour. All visitors must be in possession of a valid Ticket to gain entry to the underground tour.
Late arrival could result in the loss of your tour, and these tickets will not be refunded.
A group booking is considered to be any booking made for ten or more individuals.
Payment Policy
Payment to be made no later than 4 weeks prior to the date of your visit, which will be communicated with you at the point of ordering. After this time, if no payment is made the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.
Once payment is made you can request to amend the group number, but additional tickets will be subject to availability. If ticket numbers decrease after payment has been made, then no refund, exchange or credit will be offered.
Payment is to be made by debit or credit card over the telephone for all groups over 10 people. We do not currently have the facilities to invoice or accept a bank transfer.
Refund Policy
Amgueddfa Cymru have a non-refundable ticketing policy.
Customers will only be provided with a refund if the event or activity has been cancelled by the Museum or Museum closure has taken place due to circumstances beyond our control.
If an event is cancelled, the Museum will sometimes reschedule to a new date. If this occurs, we would aim to transfer as many ticket holders as possible to attend on the revised date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable for your party, a full refund will be offered.
Please note that travel or accommodation expenses will not be compensated should an event or activity be cancelled or re-arranged for an alternative date.
