Explore Volunteers, St Fagans National Museum of History

Purpose of role: To bring the museum to life for visitors of all ages! Help visitors get hands on with real museum objects, play games, and help people find their way. For example, help visitors to play dominoes in Oakdale Workmen’s Institute or show the Welsh Not to visitors in our galleries.
How to Get Involved
- Make sure that you read the Role Description to ensure this is the right role for you. You might want to check the time commitments and any considerations we have included.
- Send us a completed Registration Form to volunteering@museumwales.ac.uk or by post to the Volunteer Department, St Fagans National Museum of History, Cardiff CF5 6XB.
We also accept applications over the phone, or via short video or audio file. Please get in touch for more information on (029) 2057 3002. - If you have been selected for the role we will get in touch via email. You may be invited to an informal meeting or a group open day.
Although we cannot guarantee a space, we do ensure that all applications are treated fairly and that all are submitted to the role supervisor for consideration.
