Typed in black ink on cream paper. Letter addressed to Stephenson Kent of the Star Patent Fuel Company Limited from Lionel Heath[?] acknowledging receipt of a letter and expressing his regret of the company's decision to permanantly close their works in Maindy, in which he was being made redundant. Letter dated 22nd November 1927.
