SUTHERLAND, Graham (1903-1980)
Teacup and saucer, cup with foot, S shaped sides, wide mouth, notched rim, ornately scrolled ear-shaped handle; saucer with footring and notched rim. Decorated with the 'White Rose' pattern; printed with pattern of freely drawn black ovals, on saucer interior and both exterior and interior of cup, central circular motif of a white rose printed in cup and saucer well, green enamel ground around each rose, green enamel band inside and outside cup rim and around saucer rim.
