Handwritten letter sent by the Board of Trade to the General Manager of the Taff Vale Railway in relation to the running of mixed trains between Aberthaw and Cowbridge. Dated 9 November 1892. Letter attached to stiff sheet of paper with metal split pin sealed with wax. Folded.
