Bronze Age Gold from Wales
Title stamped in gold on the front cover: 'NEWSPAPER CUTTINGS / ON / 1898 COAL STRIKE.' The album contains newspaper cuttings glued into the pages. The newspaper cuttings are in chronological order, with the dates handwritten in ink above each cutting. The cuttings begin on March 1st 1898 - July 7th 1898. The newspaper cuttings are mainly taken from the Western Mail and the South Wales Daily News. Green hardback cover with red leather spine.
