Navy blue card/textile booklet with Board of Trade emblem, number (626793) and title (Continuous Certificate of Discharge) in gold on front cover. Oblong cut out of cover to show signature on inner page. Biographical details of David Jenkins at front along with discharge details handwritten in ink and stamped inside for years 1911-1925.
