Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Ledger

A standard ledger, indexed, and bound in maroon leatherette. Last eight pages give details of pump dimensions, capacities etc. at Llanberis quarry in 1966, and some details of repairs carried out to diamond saw equipment (probably in the handwriting of Huw Richard Jones, latterly quarry engineer). The remainder of the ledger is devoted to an account of results of football, rugby and cricket matches (1950-1959), perhaps a test of handwriting and neatness. There are also details of the winners of boxing matches, and horse races.
