Black, leather-covered card, folded in two, with gold lettering reading 'Cardiff, 1917, Exchange' on the front and 'C.E. 1917' on reverse. Inside are membership details, printed in black ink on white paper with handwritten details in black ink. Membership No. 98, belonging to Mr Hugh M. Ingledew.
