Certified Copy of an Entry of Birth (Issued for the purposes of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901) for the birth of Brinley Davies Richards on 11 January 1892. On reverse is printed a schedule relating to the employment of young persons in relation to the factory and workshop act, 1901 (the details in this section have not been filled in). Printed in black ink on cream paper on both sides. Details filled out by hand in black ink.
