Bronze Age Gold from Wales

Sample of mottled roofing tile made from marl from coal measures. Rectangular in shape with two holes near top and ridges at top on underside. Manufacturers paper label pasted between holes. With embossed inscription on reverse. Broken in half.

With Geology accession number handwritten in ink on manufacturer's label.
