Deep bowl, reddish buff earthenware, the lower half pinched into a mould, the upper coiled and worked to form fine irregular walls, irregular ridging around coiling, pitting stained with dark oxide around upper part of bowl exterior; bowl interior glazed, glaze drips running down exterior.
