Brown print on cream paper with orange 1 penny stamp on lower right hand edge. Neath & Brecon Railway Company, Memorandum of Particulars of Warrant for Interest on the Preference Stock for the Half-year ended 31st December, 1908. Proprieter name - A.E.E. Bristowe who received 10d. Particulars relating to income tax are on upper half of sheet with actual cheque/warrant attached to lower half (separated by perforation holes).
