Swansea Vikings RFC shorts. This is their first kit and was worn by David Parr who joined Swansea Vikings in January 2016. David stated that “Being part of an open, inclusive club that doesn't discriminate has been great for my self confidence, physical and mental health and has enabled me to make many lifelong friendships. I wore the kit on many occasions throughout 2016 and 2017 including against fellow LGBT team the Cardiff Lions in January 2017”.

Rugby shorts, woven Polyester fabric, printed predominantly in yellow and black, but also in grey and red. Inner side of woven fabric is white. Viking logo on left leg, 'zoti' logo printed in red and white on right leg. Larger version of viking logo printed in grey on front and back of left leg. All machine stitched using black and yellow thread. Panels of smooth black elastic fabric inserted at crotch and outside legs. Gathered, elasticated waistband with drawstring. String is black synthetic with weave of red 'zoti' lettering and clear plastic aglets. 2cm wide grey elastic band is stitched to inside waist. The elastic band has a weave with 'zoti' and 'www.zotisports.com' lettering (in white). On top of the elastic band is a double wavy line of applied clear, rubberised material which is slightly tacky and presumably served to give a better, more secure fit. Manufacturers & care labels at centre back waist. Synthetic herringbone tape stitched over the seams on the inside.
