(Company name was originally 'Clyne Steam Colliery...' but this has been crossed out by hand and replaced with 'Neath Merthyr...') Ornate border on left only. Embossed company seal on right hand side. 40 £5 shares numbered 3416 - 3455. Certificate number '207'. Dated 12 October 1872.
