Birth certificate

A copy of the birth certificate of Thomas Jones, Pendyffryn, Dinorwig (born 6th June 1856) issued on the 9th October 1924 for the purpose of the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1920, or the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1920. Certificate was issued for the purpose of 'employment exchange'. Thomas Jones was previously a quarryman. In December 1924 (a month after the certificate was issued) Thomas Jones' son, Evan W. Jones, was killed in an accident at Dinorwig Quarry.
