Blue covers with silver lettering on front - Board of Trade symbol with 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge' printed underneath. Two oblongs cut out of cover to show signature and No. 814514 on first page. 1935-1952. Pages numbered inside 1 -26 filled in with hand written details. First pages have information about the owner - Samuel James Stoneman and a black and white photograph of him at rear of booklet.
