Four wheel 3ft 0in gauge, 11/13hp diesel locomotive obtained 1973 from Taff Fechan Water Supply Board which had used it at Lluest Wen Reservoir near Maerdy in the Rhondda Fach Valley. Built by Ruston & Hornsby Ltd., Lincoln, 1937-38, maker’s no. 187100. Unnamed and unnumbered.

A batch of 11/13hp locos numbered 187095 to 187100 were built by the company between November 1937 and February 1938. In total 78 11/13hp locos were built between 1937 and 1940. In 1940 the class was redesigned and reclassified as 13DL.
