Blue covers with gold lettering on front - Board of Trade symbol with 'No. 814514' and 'Continuous Certificate of Discharge' printed underneath. Oblong cut out of cover to show signature on first page. 1915-1935. Pages numbered inside 1 -26 filled in with hand written details. First pages have information about the owner - Samuel James Stoneman and a black and white photograph of him.
