Taff Vale Railway First Class free pass, 1891. Pass made up of two oval shaped black leather pieces that fold together. Printed in gold on cover is 'First Class' with the Taff Vale Railway Company motif on the back cover. Details printed inside in black with personal details handwritten in black ink.
