Handwritten in black ink on white paper. Also attached to the lease with a split pin is a plan, as well as several typed pages of details relating to the lease. A lease for mines and minerals under Pentrepiod Farm, Abersychan, with a change of title from Mrs H.M Buck to Mr D. Buck. Dated 12th October 1903. There are also typed pages attached to the lease, giving notice of the termination of the lease by Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd., dated 1952. Inside the lease is also a typed copy of the lease with a plan of the property attached.
