Dark blue textiled/card cover with Board of Trade symbol, service number - 460532 - and title (Continuous Certificate of Discharge) printed in gold on front cover. Oblong cut out of cover to show signature (Annear) on inner page. Biographical details about John E. Annear at front along with discharge details handwritten in ink and stamped inside for years 1907 - 1915, including the RESTORMEL and the ROTHESAY.
