Black print on white paper. Great Western Railway Company, Barry Docks By-Laws and Regulations. 18 pages. Pages 10 - 14 have red crosses pencilled through them, page 14 has a page stuck to it with glue entitled 'Signals and Special By-Laws for Vessels Using the Passenger Pontoon' (1944) and three supplement sheets are attached to page nine entitled 'Signals for Vessels Approaching the Dock'. n.b. Originally a pin attached the loose sheets but as this had rusted a brass paperclip was put in its place.
